okay stay, some issues

close location gluten free missing fridge thin wall

the location WORKED well, close to the station. breakfast was also good. there were options FOR people with dietary restrictions. it offered gluten free choices, like pancakes.

the room LACKED a fridge, inconvenient. i also was not able to get sparkling water brought to my room. this WAS a bit strange. the walls were thin. i could hear neighbors.

convenient location wide variety missing minibar centralized temperature

the hotel location was very convenient, right next to the central station. the breakfast offered a wide variety (especially the pastries).

the room i stayed in lacked a minibar, inconvenient (i like to keep drinks cold). i also found that the temperature control in the room was centralized, so i could not adjust it to my liking.

warm room street noise

I found the lack of in-room temperature control frustrating. my room was too warm and despite contacting the front desk, the issue wasn't resolved. i ended up having to sleep with the window open, but then street noise became a problem. also, i noticed the absence of a mini-fridge. It would have been convenient for keeping drinks cold.

fantastic central stay

friendly staff convenient location great variety sauna facilities

I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location proved very convenient, especially with the shopping mall connected. i really enjoyed the breakfast. The variety was great and it set me up well for the day. i also appreciated the pool and sauna facilities.

i was disappointed that the room lacked a fridge. it would have been really convenient for storing drinks and snacks (especially during warmer days). additionally, getting ice proved to be more difficult than expected. this made it somewhat inconvenient to keep things cool in the room, difficult ice

The hotel is next to transport options like trains and buses. A large shopping center is also conveniently located nearby. The breakfast had a massive selection and was very good. The staff was cute.

The room lacked options to prepare coffee or tea. it was not possible to get complimentary coffee or tea in a central place.
